Basic Package | Hosting & Support | Extras

Web & Go has been designed to be straight forward and user-friendly. This is why there are no hidden costs and everything you see below is what you will pay when you sign up.

The Basic Package (£499 + vat)

In the basic Web & Go package you will be able to :

  • Choose a layout for your website from one of our pre-designed templates.
  • Upload your logo to fit into the template.
  • Choose a .co.uk domain name for your website that will last for 2 years
    i.e. www.example.co.uk.
  • Choose where e-mail sent to your domain is to be forewarded to.
  • Start editing and updating your content with the Username and Password we provide to you.
  • Your first year's Hosting and Application Support is included in the package price.

Annual Hosting and Application Support (£199 + vat)

Annual Hosting and Support is part of the Web and Go yearly package.As with all websites there comes a yearly charge to keep your website up and running on the internet.

This yearly charge covers the following areas :

  • Maintenance and Backup
    All of the files that you create and maintain will be backed up daily. Our staff are always keeping track of the servers and all the websites on them, including yours, to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Hosting of your Website
    As you can appreciate, your website and all the files you will be uploading to it, have to be stored somewhere. This will be on one of our master servers which "hosts" your website and allows the rest of the World Wide Web to access it.
  • One-on-One Application Support
    At INCO we understand that everybody needs help at some point when maintaining their website. This is why we are always updating our online help manual and are ready answer any of your questions relating to the Web & Go Adminstration area.
  • Usage and Statistics Report
    You will be able to access our own statistics report that will tell you information on visitors to your website. As well as these statistics we have provided the ability for you to take advantage of Google's Webmaster Tools and Analytics service, via the Web & Go Administration area.

If you think you may struggle to match your logo backgound or size to your chosen template, you can always provide us with the logo you want to use (in electronic format) and we will add it for you!		£50.00+ vat
Quick Form (Form Builder)
INCO's Quick Form allows you to add and maintain multiple forms on your website, e.g. contact forms, product enquiries, brochure requests, etc.		£50.00+ vat

.co.uk Domain Transfer-INFree
.com Domain Transfer-IN (The domain's registration period will be extended by 1 year as part of the transfer process.)£15.00+ vat
POP3 E-Mail Services (Mailboxes)
E-mail forwarding to your alternate e-mail address is included within our domain registration fees. POP3 mailboxes are available as optional extras.		P.O.A.
